Judith Lockwood

Empowerment Leader

Judith’s journey is rooted in an innate curiosity and a passion for learning. Armed with a degree in Chemistry, she navigated a challenging job market that prompted her to co-found a small business. Despite the odds, the determination of this small business led to securing contracts, building an R&D/analytical test lab, creating jobs, and successfully completing a variety of innovative projects that helped clients find practical, creative, and timely solutions. Through her career, Judith discovered a love for leading brainstorming sessions that challenge ideas and pave the way for new, uncharted pathways, explaining complex scientific concepts in relatable ways, and coaching others to understand scientific phenomena they once thought unattainable. Judith believes the most impactful solutions arise from challenging traditional methods, and with years of diverse experience, she has refocused her efforts on empowering youth, guiding the next generation and equipping them with the tools and knowledge to tackle future challenges and create meaningful change.
